The Security Officer receives notification of an alarm activation from the alarm monitoring Company and will promptly investigate whether an intruder is present or whether it’s a false alarm. The Security Officer will immediately notify the police of any attempted or confirmed break-ins. This facility helps to prevent the property address being removed from the police Response Register through repeated false alarms.
